Hi, just bought your pro version and am having trouble with the auction when user clicks on bid or buy i get a 404 error I have disabled all other plugins, pop up not showing using standard bidding mode

Hi John,

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback, that’s the only way we can make the plugin better.

The reverse engine just went through a little refresh, not sure if you have the latest version of WP Auctions. I have to admit since that engine is not widely used development on it has not kept up with the other auction engines.

We’ll see what we can do about making it more granular in one of our forthcoming updates.

Hi Hyder & Owen,
The reason why I bought this plugin was because I’ve read great reviews and it has a simple, straight forward reverse bidding engine which I really need.

However, using the reverse bidding engine, users are able to reduce the price so much that it reaches zero, and even negative. I refer to your forum post: https://wpauctions.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=23&p=87&hilit=reserve#p87 dated June last year, and I’m not exactly sure if there is an update on this.

Would be great if you’re able to allow users to bid down at a maximum ‘per-bid’ price down, including ‘bid-per-day’ or ‘bid until a reserve price’ down.

I recently upgraded to the pro version of this plugin but I’m getting a fatal error:

“atal error: Call to undefined function wp_editor() in /nfs/c02/h10/mnt/43155/domains/portjewishcenter.org/html/wp-content/plugins/wp-auctions/wpa_admin.php on line 1330”

Am running WordPress 3.1, would like to get this resolved soon. I tried going on the forum and signed up twice but my account is still inactive.

In reply to Roberto Rodrigues. The Pro version has a "Simple Auction Engine" which shows the bid as it is placed by the bidder. This is not available in the free version.
